We regret to inform you that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the seamless processing of all exchange/return requests. We remain committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction.

1. Our return policy is governed by our principles. We accept returns for any fragrance that you are dissatisfied with.
2. Please note that it may take approximately 5-6 working days to process your request.
3. Returns/exchanges are permitted within 15 days of purchase.
4. Fragrances must retain at least 90% of their original volume in the bottle.
5. 5. Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
6. Customers have to pay the delivery charges for exchange order.

Kindly be aware that minor charges may apply if the packaging, samples, or the box is missing or damaged beyond its original condition upon shipment.

Regarding fragrances, a small fee is applicable if the product has been used up to 10%. No charges are incurred for almost negligible usage, but if more than 10% of the product has been consumed, the return is unfortunately ineligible.
